How long will it take to ship my order?

Your jewellery will be ready to ship within 3 business days. If you are purchasing a custom or personalised order, please allow an extra 7 days. Delivery time will then depend on the location to be sent to and the shipping option you select at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide! If your country isn't automatically showing at checkout, please reach out.

How long does delivery take after my order has been shipped?

Australia: Estimated delivery within 14 days after shipping.

International: Estimated delivery within 30 working days after shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 within Australia, or free for orders over $188. We also offer Express Post for $15 within Australia.

For Taiwan customers, we have a flat rate of $15. For international customers, we have a flat rate of $25

Is each piece exactly like the photo?

Because I use real flowers or hand-bent wire no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural variations in colour, size, and shape make each Kolour Me piece truly one-of-a-kind.

What materials do you use?

My jewellery features preserved real flowers encased in high-quality resin, paired with gold-plated brass frames or stainless steel frames for an elegant and durable design.

I use hypoallergenic, 14K gold-plated or white gold-plated brass wire for my floral dip resin wire art. For earrings backs, you can choose from five material options:

  • Sterling silver
  • 14K Gold-plated silver
  • 14k Gold-plated / White gold brass
  • 18K gold-plated stainless steel
  • Stainless steel

Is the jewellery durable?

Yes, the resin protects the preserved flowers and adds durability. However, please handle your jewellery with care to ensure it lasts for years to come.

Why does the size vary slightly?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size and dimensions may occur. Please refer to the product description for specific measurements.

Do you offer clip-on or hypoallergenic options?

Yes, many earrings can be made as clip-ons or with hypoallergenic hooks upon request. Please check on options when you order or leave a note at checkout or contact me before placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All pieces come carefully packaged in a reusable fabric jewellery bag. I also offer a hard jewellery box with ribbon for an additional $3. If you would like a handwritten note included, please let us know at checkout.

What if my item is lost or arrives damaged?

I take great care when packing and shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns?

I take great care when packing and If there are any issues with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.
